Soma are Krank Rev, other 6505 I think...
Don't remember exactly which pack is which, but I'm pretty sure those were the amps used by GH...

Also, the cab was a Mesa Stiletto (or whatever is called), not a Mesa Oversize (Rectifier Standard)

wow i always thought they were the oversized cabs. are there a set of mesa oversize IRs that are the same quality as the GH ones? (besides redwirez)

GH has made some OS IRs, but I don't think they're in this pack.
They're called "Final", "Final 2" and "Grind", if I remember correctly...

Im a little new to this computer DAW i have amplitube 3 for my sim and mixcraft 5 i downloaded guitar hack impulses and can't get it to show up on my effects am i missing something,i think i need a impulse loader but cant find the keFIr can someone give me a link or some advice on what im not doing or doing wrong

you need to turn the cabs off in amplitube and then place an impulse loader after it.. maybe try voxengo boogex if your having no luck with kefir:

thanks since then i have learned a lot i found that i already had KeFir in the down load but i also found LaCab 2 witch i like .the day i posted origaninaly this was the first i ever heard of ir's.I'm only about a mounth or so into these amp sims but i am loving this,I,ve downloaded almost all the free ones i can find,and i use Revalver for my standalone host.

Hey Alu, this Thread actually made me a member... couldn't resist all the good responses and had to download the pack as well. Very well done.

I've got a rather administrative question,

Would you give the permission of using these files (I'm spesifically talking about the single friedman impulses) for commercial uses, namely recording certain major parts of an album with this impulses or is that out of question?

I need to clarify here: those IRs are from GuitarHack (an Andy Sneap forum user), not from me. I've only posted the link.
You should try to contact him on the Sneap forum, but I think you can use it in commercial productions without issues. Maybe it would be cool to name him in the credits, though

Where are guitarhack's other impulses and why the fuck can't I find them? I'm talking about NEW_IR, Grind, Final, and ThisOne. Any ideas? Having a hard time tracking them down! Thanks
